With our Thermal Imaging technology we can pinpoint where the moisture is entering your structure, which can save you a lot of money if only one section of the foundation walls is allowing moisture to enter the structure. On the other hand, if your walls are finished and you notice moisture entering in one area, yoiu may assume that that is the only section thats needs to be sealed but with one of our Thermal wall scans you will know for sure if moisture is about to enter the structure in other areas, which will eliminate the need to have waterproofers make a return trip.
The dark colors in the first picture are areas where moisture is already intruding into the structure. The lighter purple areas in the second picture is where moisture is inside the block wall but not yet in the structure. The second picture shows an area of the foundation wall that is not showing signs of moisture intrusion at the moment but will need to be sealed soon to prevent moisture from entering the structure.
In both of these pictures the moisture intrusion was not visible to the naked eye due to finshed walls being installed, concealing the defects. Had the moisture intrusion continued to have gone on unnoticed there is a strong possibility that mold wold have started to form, causing even more problems.
